Orders are typically packed and dispatched to our couriers within 1~2 working days after payment is confirmed.
We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes but please note that Estimated Delivery Times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
In the event of multiple delivery attempt failure, the order will be returned to us. Under such cases, a redelivery fee of SGD$3.90 will be charged to resend the order.
We are unable to deliver PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices.
